We observed a drop in CF connections starting at approximately 9:10 AM this morning. The majority of connections restored by around 9:20am; however, we are still seeing a small number of customers remaining offline.     All remaining services were restored as of 12:15 PM. We are continuing to monitor performance closely to ensure stability. We are awaiting a formal explanation for the interruption from CityFibre and will share any relevant updates once available.
